I am building toward foundation models for multi-channel biosignals, with an engineering bias toward reproducible data pipelines, baselines, and deployable research tools.

Worked with protein-ligand docking, molecular descriptors, graph neural network based virtual screening, and literature reproduction for drug-target interaction prediction.

ECG pipeline and arrhythmia analysis
MIT-BIH ECG Signal Processing
Implemented Butterworth band-pass denoising, R-peak detection, heart-rate calculation, arrhythmia recognition and quantitative evaluation against expert annotations.
